New to me synergy E7

So I am working on my first ever synergy and my first 700 class could someone that has a synergy E7 give me a hand having some vibrations that are messing with my Vbar. I am running a 12T pinion with a scorpion 4530-540kV and am getting vibrations around 900 at a head speed of 2krpm could someone give some pointers of things to look at and maybe a vibration screen shot of theirs without blades. I have replaced motor/main/motor support bearings, made sure I had shims on the main shaft below the main gear and above the belt tail gear. Also have my pinion sitting on the motor bearing support I am doing all my testing without main blades. Thanks in advance really look forward to the maiden of the supper nice machine.

 First I would check to make sure all the shafts are not bent.  Then double check the head is assemble correctly. Thrust bearings in the right order. Check that there aren't more shims on one side of the head than the other.

I would check the torque tube assembly to make sure the bearings and guides are all securely in place, if a bearing or carrier has come loose and shifted it could manifest as a vibration. I would also check to make sure the boom is flush with the front boom clamp, if the boom is protruding past the front clamp it could be putting excess pressure into the tail drive system and this could also manifest itself as a vibration.

+1 on what Ross said, check torque tube bearings. I had my bearings move on my n7, turns out I had not stuck them properly. Now all fine.

It is actually a belted version I did try it without the head on and saw no real difference, one thing I am wondering is gear mesh sitting on the bench running motor for 30 seconds at a time with a couple of minutes in between noticed the motor is getting a little warm could it be a gear mesh problem on the main gear to pinion?

Also just saw that botos recommends boto-lube on the main gear, anyone use triflow

I use dryfluid extreme gear lube, it's not messy and lasts a LONG time. The pinion-main gear mesh can definitely cause problems if it's too tight. There should be just a hair of lash between them, to where you can barely see it move but hear an audible "tick" if you nudge the main gear back and forth. If there is no backlash at all it's too tight. Also make sure the spur gear that drives the belt isn't too tight against the auto gear.

I was using the paper trick never had it fail is there a better way to do it?

You can actually mesh them a little tighter than *most* paper will allow but I don't think there's anything wrong with that method. I've just always gone with feel and sound. The main thing is that they're not binding and cogging. Have you checked the motor bearings? Do you know the frequency of the vibration? Is it resonant at a particular headspeed?

its all over as far as frequency, I have replaced the motor bearings, the main shaft bearings, the motor pinion support bearing. Dont think the tail is necessary cause the level doesnt change much if any with and without the belt on.

Trying to avoid that one for now I did check that the motor alone is smooth as butter, and it is in the vibration log, just at this point dont know if i want to sink more money into a bird that I am loosing hope in.

So one thing I am noticing is that without the tail or head, i was just fealing up the bird and noticed what ever this vib is, is worse on the back side of the main frame which is were the vbar/sensor is mounted has anyone mounted it else where?
