E5 Stretch

On the subject of stretching the E5, I'm currently working on putting my E5 mechanics in an MD500E and a longer tail boom would be a great help. Question is if I change to the longer boom can I run the same main and tail blades, just sport flying. Thanks Everyone

Thank you for the reply Jeff it doesn't seem like the 75mm would make a big difference but it never hurts to 
seek another opinion. This forum is a great tool.
