Jackpot!!!
« on: May 29, 2016, 01:38:33 AM »
Hello everyone. A few weeks ago at the Huntsville Al Funfly I purchased my first Synergy kit. An N5C and blades to retire my 600N V1 that was converted to fbl. Then for the first time in my life, I won something. The 766 raffle. So that day I got an N5C, new charger (my Wife is incredibly supportive), new blades... then won the 766, Kontronik 750-50L motor, Kontronik Kosmik Cool 160 ESC, Futaba HV servos all around, Futaba 14SG TX, Futaba CGY750 fbl unit... It was a GREAT day! There's another post about that day already here somewhere but just thought I'd formally introduce myself. Hello. My name is Anthony and I'm a heli addict.

Have you had a chance to build either one of them yet?

Thanks guys. cml001, it was great meeting you at Joe Nall. Thanks for telling me about this forum. Hopefully I'll see you at another event soon. Rodney, no, I haven't even started. Just this week I worked 2 12 hours shifts on nights, then 2 on days, 2 on nights then I'll have the weekend off before I go back to dayshift. But, this weekend when I rotate back to days, I'm planning on starting the N5C build. I go on vacation 7/24 and I'm planning on building the 766 then. Super excited about these still. Just no time away from work lately.

I certainly hope so. L. But... just learned I won't be off this weekend afterall. Too tired right now to even be angry about it. Oh well... we work, we live, we die. In between we fly. And we try to type in these silly letters on thus forum. Took 6 tries this time to get the letters right. L. I understand the need for this but they REALLY need better pictures. I doubt a bot can pick letters from a picture even if they were a tad clearer.

sorry your having to work....that sucks...I know it all to well right now. I had to fire my superintendent 2 weeks ago, and I have been working 16-20 hour days since to make up for his dumbass. both nights I was at Matt's they were blowing my phone up wanting me to come back to B'ham......

You should hire me Mike. I need a new gig and I'm in the area. We've met. Idk if you remember. Steve Eldred taught me to fly at the Bess field. Good to know the letters go away. Thanks.
