Had a great time at the local spot with my man Levar... Synergy all over the sky.. it was awesome... damnit I said AWESOME! The 766 is a beast... it's so good it's scary! Lol... after several flights in the 766, carrying the E7SE out to the flightline it felt light as a feather.. lol.. and my beloved N5C.. what can I say.. it's still my favorite. Good day out!

Those helicopters look awesome.  I noticed that you have one 766 with the stock boom, and the other with a boom cover.  I love the look of the boom cover.  However, I am a bit concerned about the boom cover introducing unwanted tendencies like more tail heavy, weird vibrations/noise, etc.  Have you or other pilots experienced any unwanted tendencies caused by the boom cover?

The one without the cover is not mine.. but the cover's only draw back.. if u wanna call it that.. is weight. But it's  minimal.. slide the battery forward a bit to get the CG right.. butter! The 766 is smooth & beastie!

I am flying the 806 configuration.  I have the 7S batteries as far forward as physically possible, and it is still a bit tail heavy.  As nice as it looks, perhaps the tail boom cover may not be in my best interest.  Thanks.
