Cracked Canopy Upon Arrival
« on: June 08, 2017, 02:15:51 PM »
I received my N5c today and was dissappinted to find a cracked canopy with the fiberglass delaminating.  Kit was purchased from Amain hobbies and delivered by UPS today.  I was super excited as this is my first Synergy and I read about how users love the quality.  Long story short, I want to go forward with the build but need assistance with either repairing or replacing the canopy.  I'm new to this forum so I am trying to figure out how to attach photos so you can see for yourself.  With whom do I contact to help rectify the matter.  Thank you in advanced for your time and effort!
Kind Regards,
Russ

Got an email from Matt Botos today and he is sending out a replacement canopy.  What a First Class owner and company.  Really happy to have become a member of the Synergy family.  Shout out to Chris Sexton for pointing me in the right direction with this and the numerous other questions you've answered through my build.

Sincerely,
Russ

It really is a great brand, heli and owners. Matt and Amy always go above and beyond to help heli people. If you ever attend one of their events, I swear it's more like a family get together than a Funfly. Matt and Amy are both super great people. Many of us could tell you stories of how they've been willing to break their backs to help someone with something that you probably wouldn't even get a response for from most companies. On a side note... the machines are GREAT!

Oh... and if you haven't already, try Rail blades on a machine you're already used to flying. They will amaze you. I tried every brand of blades out until I got a set of Rail 606 for my 600. The difference was so crazy I thought it was a fluke. Then I put a set on my 600 nitro and got the same crazy boost in performance. I no longer try different blades. I only use Rail. Just literally no need to shop for anything different now.

I have 326s on a little scale ship, 766 on my scale 800 size 222, then my e5 550s then switch to 626s, have 716 s on my e7se, another set for my 766. almost forgot have the little ones for my blade 180 ,if the had some for my auto gyros, I would have them too. best blades I have ever flown.
