cyclic links
« on: November 06, 2017, 05:32:42 PM »
I can not get down to the 19.3mm gap called for in the manual, between the ball like ends. The rods being 43mm long and threaded 10mm on each end leaves you with  22MM gap. I have taken one down as far as I dare and get a 21mm measurement. I'm reluctant to take it any further in fear of destroying a ball link end.
I have manual v2 taken off the Synergy page that came with the kit.
Should I keep cranking them down?

The 43mm turnbuckles would work much better.  They are threaded about 13mm on each end.  You would also want new ball links since one end is left-hand threaded.

The holes in the links are about 15mm deep, keep cranking :)
