Any one running Bk5001  servos . It is my understanding hat they have to be spaced out to get the geometry correct .  Can anyone confirm that?

I use carbon fiber servo mounts that I cut to size. The correct thickness you are looking for is 3mm

I'm using the BK 5001s. No issues, running great with a Hobbywing 120.

Hmmm....may have to try my hands at printing some spacers.

I had these made. Because I didn’t have a 3D printer. But I got one for Christmas maybe I’ll make some up. Did you print with ABS or PLA? They look great.

Any further info on this? Is there a synergy part for the spacers? Thanks!

No these are printed parts to align the servos for better geometry. The heli was designed with MkS servos so other brands may have different measurement. If you have a 3D printer or access to one I can send you the stl file.

Or you can order some CF spacers and double up on them like above.
