716 or 766?

I am planning on building one of these soon and would like  me some information on which route to go with. I am taking all of my stuff out of my Forza 700. The motor is a KDE XF 700 495KV 8p, CC 160HVF ESC, all JR servos, Life packs for RX and ESC Fan redundant. I will be using my Pulse 6S 5000Mah batteries as a 12S setup. Any help with information from your setups or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I have both, and love both, you will love anyone of these helis. Personally I think 766 runs on 14s, that is what I'm running mine on. Therefore I'd go for the 716 on 12S.  Just my two cents.

I have my 766 on 12 s and it flys perfect.  You cant go wrong with either but my choice is 766.

Flying mine as a 766 on 12s, fly's very nice, the autos awesome, great machine.
