Rotor Head Speeds

I have just set up my first Synergy, and N5C, using a Brain 2 HD to my N5C. I do sport style flying. What are the recommend rotor head speeds for the governor in Normal/IU1 and IU2.

I run IU2 at 2150 RPM.  I use a 0-100 curve for normal and I believe IU1 1850.  This is with an OS55-HZR.
