Hi all,

I would like to publicly say thanks to Ralph at FBL Rotors.

I had an issue with my order recently as I was after some bits for my E7. There was an unexpected delay with my order and Ralph went out of his way to make sure I was happy.

I really appreciate what he did. I wish there are more guys like him in the hobby. Ralph has great customer service skills.

Agreed... You won't find better customer service anywhere in the hobby.
