Tail servo direction

Installing the tail servo, since I have not assembled anything related to the tail yet, but I am centering the tail servo and setting direction with the IKON software - when looking at the top of the tail servo, with the servo head to the left as it will be installed into the 516, and the servo arm ball on the top side, which direction is left or right?

The tail servo is mounted in the same orientation as in your diagram.
So I'd say left is on the left.

Which glue did you use for the tail pushrod ends onto the carbon rod?  JB Weld?

Absolutely, JB weld!
It was recommended in the E5 manual (my 1st Synergy heli) and have used it since then on tail control rods and boom supports.

Edit: if you haven't done it before, be sure to roughen the end of the cf tube slightly with sandpaper and I clean the inside of the end fitting with denatured alcohol.

I have been using loctite 4070 lately for pushrod ends and boom support ends. Works great and sets quickly. Regardless of the products used I also make a few grooves/nicks on the ends of the carbon rod to give the adhesive better grip.

I'll check out the loctite and like the idea on groove.

The tail push rod sleeve - is that the clear plastic tube I see in another bag?  Using that inside the boom guide makes for much resistance.  Where does this sleeve play a role?

The sleeve is the clear Teflon tube.
It needs to be heat shrunk on the carbon rod In the proper location (align with pushrod guide). Gentle heat. Don’t overheat. It acts as abrasion protection.

Went with JB weld for tail pushrod - any good ways to keep the ends from moving while it dries?  As the jb weld dries the pushrod end moves out.  Thanks.

I use masking tape for that.
