No manual up yet, but does the tank come with a metal clunk, ie thinking ahead, would I have to buy a "Fuel magnet" type clunk extra?

comes with a standard clunk. I personally prefer the fuel magnets though...

Cyprusflyer you will also need the fuel line out side of the tank. Only has fuel line for the inside of tank.

OK Thanks, this is a Nitro from scratch, last fired one up over 20 years ago!
So need fuel pump lots of tube, fuel can clunk, pipes etc, already have an Align starter and ordered the Gryphon CNC Slow speed pump (Uses starter wand for power).
Be aware if you go for this pump, and lucky I researched it, there is a High speed version that has less flow for use with the fast aircraft starters (Sullivan etc). Where as the LS version is for geared Align type starters, saves having another damn battery to think about  :)

Another query:
I will use a T fitting to fill near the fuel filter feed to the carb.
Now then, the OS 105 has rear crankcase pressure, this has a check valve or non-return valve, so when filling the tank, I gather there is a need to create an air vent, say using a T fitting near the check valve?

Yes you'll need a way of leaking out the pressure. My check valve was connected to the frame and I always pulled the line off it so I had one less splice in the line.

Do yourself a favor and get a good starter the align one is pretty rough on the start coupler and the motor train the align one seems to pulse and be rough

What is a reasonably priced one that is better on the parts than the Align?  (This will be my first nitro)
