Anyone running Rail 716's/116's on the N7?
« on: January 07, 2014, 09:22:07 PM »
I have a set of Rail 696's and 106 tails ready to go for the N7. I am thinking of buying a set of 716/116's, i enjoy the floaty flying style :) (I will be running a 105HZR/SB22) Anyone try the larger blade set-up yet?

For sport flying and long autos it will be great. For harder 3D you will likely be missing cyclic speed and the motor will load more. Decisions.... decisions....    8)

Thanks,

Thanks Matt!

Building the kit now (my first Synergy). Everything is going together well, quality is impressive. If your're looking to do some late winter flying come on out to sunny Phoenix for the 18th annual funfly March 7-9th.

I'm running 716's with 106's. It does well with this combo. I think the 696's would be a little better for loading with more aggressive flying. I am running YS91 Tereq, hatori pipe, 30%nitro.

I am hoping i can try 696's this weekend. :D
