About a week or more ago i placed an order. Got the standard auto email, but no shipping yet. Tried contact through email, left a message etc. I am sure Ralph will deliver, just wondering if anyone knows why the delay? Thanks

He got a new job, I know that much! I think he has been super swamped getting acquainted to the new position. I talked to him last night. Ill mention it to him this weekend.

Yeah.. I got an order from him last week.. Sure he will respond asap... Dan will get with him I'm sure as well.

I am here all orders where shipped as of yesterday. I was in and out of CA for the last 3 week. New position with the same company

I've known Ralph since 2009, he is without a doubt one of the most passionate guys regarding RC Heli's. For those guys that don't know him, he stays busy as hell with his real job, and when he's not working, he is dreaming up new ideas regarding tools, upgrades. If you do in fact order from him, just remember this is a hobby and note a full time job. But his customer service will more than make up for any unforeseen delays due to his primary job.

Placed an order on Jan3 - no news for 23 days is stretching it a bit ... A simple note on his Web site to indicate he is temporarily away would be nice.

I know he was working on orders last weekend. There is not normally a tracking number so it may be on the way. Feel free to email him, ralph@fblrotors.com
