they were ~96mm carbon fiber, not rails

no logo on them, just cf

I'm using VBar gov and I have the gain at 30% I'm using CC 120 Edge and CC Vertigo 1175 motor, 13T pinion @ 2350 rpm. I'm not sure where it will end up being on your Scorpion and rpm but that will be a good start point.
