Where does this go? (Picture)

I'm nearly ready to put the 2nd half of the frame on but i haven't been able to figure out where this spacer/these long bolts + washers go? I've looked through the manual several times and i guess i keep missing it somewhere? Any help would be great!

That spacer should have been the one for the boom support on the lower frame brace (see pages 1 and 36).  Actually only the screws are different. Just swap out with some M3-6 button heads and use those with the lower frame brace. 
The screws are done this way to be sure none are missed at the factory.

Hi,

The frame spacer is universal so it can be used anywhere but the bolts and washers are for securing the boom supports to the main mechanics by attachment to the lower frame brace.

Check out P36, this shows the bolts/washers and how they secure the boom supports to the mechanics.
