Hello everyone my name is John.  I'm 31 and fairly new to helis.  Started last November and got bit by the bug hard.  Along with RC helis I enjoy golfing, gaming with friends and fishing.

I started with a blade 450 3D last November that I promptly crashed and learned how to repair and setup.  Currently my fleet is all electric and consists of a B450x, X5, and a Compass 7HV.  All of them run Rails except for the X5 (hint, Matt we need some 516's  ;) ). 

Most of the guys at my field fly Nitro and with one of them being a Synergy rep, I was hooked on the N5c.  I have been very happy and impressed with the Rail blades that I couldn't wait to add a Synergy to my fleet.  Just ordered my kit last night and should have it here next week sometime.

Welcome John,

 Pay close attention to the TIPS AND TRICKS section in the N5/N5c forum.. Alot of great information that will make this build even easier!! Pay attention to the Tail set up.. Being a nitro bird with normal vibrations, really take apart each item and clean the machining oil's off and "Locktite" everything. You will Love the way this Machine Flies  ;)

Wanted to let everyone know that I finally got my Synergy in the air last weekend.  This bird flies awesome!  Had a couple of minor issues that where my own fault (first heli that's not direct servo to swash) but luckily I had Will there to help me out.

Speaking of which, Will was great.  Being my first nitro build I had a couple of questions that he helped me out with.  I'm glad that he flies for Synergy and if all the other reps are as patient and helpful as he is you have a real good team Matt.

My kit had 0 issues and I had no missing parts.  All the parts where top notch and the fit was very good.  Very happy with this heli and the quality of Synergy.

I met Will earlier this year at B'ham. He was the first Synergy team member I had met. He is a good guy.
You will find that they all are.  Gals as well!
