carbon tail control rod

Almost finished building E7, tail control rod directions show some kind of a guide in each support on the tail boom and i cannot find anything that fits the hole, have two white sleeves that look like heat shrink but can't make heads or tails out of what to use, hope this makes sense as it is still early.

Yep put the heatshrink over the rod. When it is shrunk down it will be neat. Line it up in the center of the guides. If you do not use it the carbon rod will wear, the shrink will help stop this.
