What size is the little set screw wrench for the head ball link adapter? Page 46 pn 100-272, M2.5x2 set screw. It's smaller the my 1.5mm.
Guessing .5mm?

1.3mm.  I have an align 1.3mm allen that fits.  If you ever bought and align 450 I think it actually comes in the kit.

Cheers

This set screw is to small for the metal ball link? I can wiggle it down past the threads. Something is a miss.

Tried a 2.5 servo screw and it seems to be tighter. Is there such a thing as a 2.0 set screw?

Well I compared the threads with the tail servo ball PN 107-104 a 2.0mm and it's not that small.
Looks like the thread class is a bit sloppy on the alum ball and the 2.5 set screw is a bit under spec. I can wiggle the set screw in and it skips pass the treads. A 2.5mm servo mounting screw seems to be tighter.
Did Matt bring up an issue with these a while back on the forum?

Not sure what to do at this point. Need new set screws.

AOG for parts!
