Title: Initial Set-up with CGY750
Post by: Carzan on September 03, 2014, 08:50:50 PM
Guys,

I am at that point where I need to center my servos and get this bird set-up! Can anybody tell me a couple of things:

1 How do I disable the CGY750?

2 What hole on the servo arms are optimal? Or how far from center should the balls be on the arms?

Disable the cgy750?  You mean disable gyro so you can center servo?

Just go into the swash setup menu and when on the servo center adjust steps move your collective to mid stick and the servos are at there reference points.

I used futaba 4 star horns with the balls on the second to last holes. This is actually a touch too far. I plan to move them in one whole and try again. It flies well but I can't get my gains over 65 thats a bit low for my liking.
