can i use this?

this definitely will be my next heli.
so I already have a nib quantum 1100kv and a talon 90 and a brainv2.
still lurking for servos.
question: will the above parts work?

It's a touch on the heavy side at 340 grams, but should be fine. I use an 1100kv hacker, and the smallest optional pinion. 7+ minutes at 2100 or 10+ at 1700. Wonderful setup.   However, you will need to find a 5mm shaft for that  motor. Pinions for the 516 are only available in 5mm bore.
