Recently got bit by the Nitro bug again and I'm about to pull the trigger on an N7 kit. Back in the days, we needed a voltage regulator in order to power the servos, but I'm looking to run high voltage BK servos in the N7. Could you guys chime in and let me know what I need? Thinking of running a straight lipo to the Ikon FBL.

Hello! Welcome to the Synergy Family!
Yes, with BK HV servos, you can run a straight 2s Lipo and you are good to go!

Yup, I have all my nitros running directly off a 2s lipo. You may need a couple y harnesses to be able to make all the connections. I made a cable with a EC3 plug on one end and 2 servo leads on the other. Servo leads plug to Brain/Ikon, EC3 plugs directly to the 2s lipo.
If you haven' already purchased the Ikon, buy the HD version as it has a separate power bus plug that can directly plug to the lipo and you won't have to worry about making servo leads to power everything.

Could someone please explain s bus?

Single line connection between FBL and RX usually used by Futaba.
