E5 Main Grip thrust bearing
« on: May 05, 2015, 04:16:45 AM »
Hi again guys.

I wanted to order some main grip thrust bearings for my E5, so naturally looked to the manual for the part number.
In the manual the number for the thrust bearing is #108-816, problem is the same part number is used for the main grip radial bearings. That's on page 45 of the E5 Manual V2.0.

Now I also checked the bearing by size (8x16x5) from the manual against the Synergy parts catalogue and the part number for that bearing is 108-817.

To be sure that I'm right, can someone please confirm that 108-817 is the correct main thrust bearing for the E5.

Cheers

Wolf

Hi Wolf51,

That is correct, the part number in the manual should be 108-817 - 8x16x5 Thrust Bearing.

Here is the link for the thrust bearing: http://mattbotos.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=0&products_id=1217

I have made a note of the error and will inform Matt so this can be rectified. Nice catch on the error!  8)

Hope this helps, any questions give us a shout.
Cheers,
Ross
