Alan helped identify a tail problem with my N5c and out shear kindness sent me a new part free of charge. I couldn't even get him to let me pay for the shipping. Thanks Alan and to the rest of the Synergy forum members for their help getting me straight.

That's what it's about.  If only the other brands had an all around consensus of great guys.  Maybe it's the "great minds think alike" thing.
