Are these wires being bent or stressed to much? This the way i decided to wire my esc and was just curious if you do it too?

Yea there is a file size limitation. Reduce the photo or shoot it in a lower resolution.
Or just text it to me...

I looked at the Facebook photo. The wires are a bit longer than needed. Not a big deal.  Might make putting the canopy on a bit more of a chore. Also noted you split the connector as you previously mentioned. If that works for you all is good.  I have never seen the need for that.
