When the N7 is placed on level ground the tail fin rests on the ground, as if it's too long. I'm sure it's something I've done but for the life of me, I can't figure out why it touches the ground. It's not a good thing, especially when spinning up the main blades because the vibrations is crazy. Once the air, the model is smooth as glass. Any comments on what I may have done to make this happen.

Am I the only one who has this problem?

Several people at Nitro Nation on Facebook related that have the same issue with the N7. Owners installed spacers in the rear (landing gear) to resolve the problem. Just in case anyone else asks. There you have it.

Chuck .

Chuck - my N7's fin is about 1/4" off the ground when the heli is sitting on a flat surface. Not sure this help, but I wanted to chime in.

I Installed a spacer/(shim) at the rear, where two bolts are used secure the skids to the frame. I replaced the two rear stock landing gear bolts with longer bolts to install the spacer. This raised the rear enough to stop the tail fin from contacting the ground. Hope this helps.
