WOW the service!

So I'm almost finished with my E7 and I have blades (Rails ofcourse!:) on the way... when I get comfy with the heli I'll have a vid done for you all!  BUT thats not my reason for coming on here...

I was having trouble due to bad forum advice (not here) on which pulse width to use for a BLS256hv after a couple of days I tried 760u and shazam! It worked.  During my discovery I was emailing Matt and this was through the Christmas holiday mind you;  He got me straight and we began to discuss different ave's on other topics in ref to the E7...and everytime he replied I just kept thinking tomorrow is Christmas day, and Matt is trying his best to get me straight.  If that's not superior service I don't know what is! ...Well it gets better, day after Christmas, I ordered a set of blades from him at 4:30ish in the afternoon and by 5:30 I had a confirmation that the  blades had been shipped and will arrive this coming Friday...  DUDE, I gotta hand it to ya, not many online hobby stores can say they serve their customers as well as you did for me over a major Holiday!  So thank you Matt and Amy for doing your best to provide superior customer service to us!

Matt and Amy are the heart and soul of Synergy. They are the reason most of us are here. I agree, you won't find a better group!

Agreed. Matt and Amy, the service, and stance on their products are a huge reason why I love and stand behind the Synergy brand.

I was talking back and forth with Matt on Christmas Eve, and then again on Christmas Day,  that was way above and beyond what I would expect.  This is a great place to be!!!

Thank you for allowing this to not go unnoticed!! I put this up because I wanted ppl to know my experiences (as well as yours) so if they have a concern about product support they'll see this and know they are in good hands..  While we all know that the quality of synergy kits is second to none, without product support it makes it difficult to feel comfortable and confident in our models.  That's why I decided on Synergy and to not look back! While there are alot of great new designs and innovative models out there I knew Synergy was my new home because the support that comes with it!  Thanks for the warm welcomes!

Welcome Kevin, You just figured out what it's all about!!! That experience you had is why we are all here! For myself it was Matts Character. Matt and Amy have positioned themselves in a very tough market, however it is Experiences like yours that keep the Synergy Brand on top. Your enthusiasm is key, now it's your job to pay it forward by supporting your new found family! Hold on and enjoy the ride... ;)
