Pinch Bolts

Hey all, when I tighten my pinch bolts the bolt is coming out ever so slightly and rubs up against the arm. How tight should I have the bolts? If I back it out to where there is no rub I get play in the arm. I'm thinking about Dremeling the bolt down a bit. Thoughts?

Do you have the shims installed on both sides?

Knuckledragger I'm a knucklehead. You are exactly correct! I even posted a question a few weeks ago asking about my "extra" washers.... I just forgot to put them back on :) thank you
