How to reply on a thread with a quote from a prior post?

I can't figure out how to "reply" to a post with a quote from a post(s) showing in a box.

Depends on if your using tapatalk or a pc.  Tapatalk you just touch the post and then the quote icon

Depends on if your using tapatalk or a pc.  Tapatalk you just touch the post and then the quote icon

OK.  What I did is to click on "Reply" and then clicked on "Insert Quote".  Thanks!
