Touched base with Matt. You can use the 119t E5 main gear as well. Adjust pinion size  as needed.

Does Matt plan to create more 121 main gears? The 119 will add head speed which I do not want on my E7se.

That Matt will need to answer.
Looking at the calculations the actual change in rpm seen at the main shaft will be 70-100 rpm depending on motor KV and pinion. Really not that big a deal. Tell me what you are currently running motor and pinion. Your ESC should be able to handle just running a slightly lower throttle percent.

I run a little lower headspeed and shoot for 1800

I run a 4525 520kv with a 12t pinion. Will need to check my HW to see what percent I run on the gov. Mainly annoying is all.

On the 121 main gear you would probably be at 73% and with the 119 you would see 70%. Not significant.
Ultimately if you were shooting for 1800 as your max headspeed a 450KV motor would have been more ideal
