Are your Blades Balanced? Give us a bit more info.
what Head Speed are you able to get to?
Did you have a crash and rebuild it only to find a Vibe issue?

Give us a bit more information in order to better help you pin point the possible culprit.

Cheers,

Kevin

Yea i had a crash but not a bad one just broke the blade and little bin in the main shaft put all back to together and it flew fine and then made it flybarless im using the cgy 750 and 8fg and my gain are not high at all

I'm a V-bar Guy, However if You Can List what Happened from Start to Finish. Did it Vibrate after the Rebuild? Was it Fine after the Rebuild and then Start to Vibrate? Did you use a Matched Set of Main Blades? are the Tail Blades Matched in Weight as well? Is the Rear Tail output shaft Bent?  You see, Myself and the Forum need to get More Info in order to better diagnose the issue? I sure don't want to waist your time. But want to accurately pinpoint the problem. Are all Your Main Shaft bearings Good?? LMK. ;)

Sometimes even very small crashes bend parts which you think are fine. After changing main shaft and spindle have a look at the tail output shaft, and make sure your new blades are well balanced (I'd say 80% of the time new blades are well balanced but that other 20% of the time is a bitch).

Hey Kevin And Steffgiguere
After i rebuild it was flybar still and it flew fine it when i put the flybarless system on it that when i really notice it The one thing i didn't change is the tail output shaft. But going to change that out today the main and tail blades are not mismatch.I had the CY600sb an flew fine on flybar then i switch it to flybarless still using CY600sb was vibrating bad then i switch to the regularly CY600 blades. Then vibration was not as bad

Blades can make a huge difference! Regular CY blades are fine but you should try a set of dedicated FBL blades. Also, recheck your main shaft on a dial indicator.

Greetings... One thing that you did not mention in your main post is if you checked and or changed any of your bearings.   Even if you did not bend your main shaft, you could have easily "notched" a bearing in either your head grips or your main shaft.   Check those bearings to make sure they are smooth and free from ANY grit.  If there is some in any of those bearings and can and will lead to some vibrations which will lead to poor performance in the air, especially on a fly bar-less system.   You could have a bearing that is bad in a traditional set up and not notice it as much, but you will in a FBL set up..

best of luck!

What about the bearings Alanzo?   Are they all ok?...

I ask this again since I helped a guy at SRC this weekend trouble shoot his Heli.   Same type of situation you are in... had a FB set up, a crash, replaced blades, spindle and main shaft.   First flights FBL and had issues.   sure enough, bad main shaft bearings... replaced them and solved the problem...

just curious..

Alanzo is so nervous that he is shaking the heli from himself shaking the sticks!!!!!!!  Just kidding I was with him this weekend trying to sort this out he replaced the bearings in the clutch stack and new clutch.  The wobble is not as bad while the heli is under load it wobbles more when you come down into a hover like the gain is to high but it's only at 45 ali and 50 on ele ( if I remember correctly) one thing that I was thinking the sensor is mounted right in front of the start shift don't know if moving it mite help this it's a YS 56 runs good maybe a little rich

I run a Ys 56 on the rich side of things... I can induce a slight wobble if I richen it up any more... run it leaner and it smooths out some.. I just found a happy medium...

could be a governor issue?   try flying it with straight curves and see what happens...

does he have a metal plate sandwiched between his FBL sensor?   I have found that helps out as well on some setups...

also how was the bearings in the grips themselves?

Hey Alanzo
I have had a wobble from day dot, played with the gains for ages, changed all the shafts and upgraded to n5c bearing blocks and complete n5c tail, I am also using the CGY750, It was suggested to me H/S and a harmonic vibe, change the head speed so it dissaperes, I have NORMAL 1680, Idl up 1 2050, and Idl up 2 2150, this has made a hell of a differance, I will be able to have a good fly this week end so I will tell you my final H/S that works for me ,
it sort of made sense, wobble, gain, head speed,

cheers Bruce
