Title: auto hub collar will not fit on auto hub sleeve??

I'm rebuilding my 3 year old E7 after a bad crash.
It was originally a belt and was converted to a TT when I crashed it.
I'm trying to put it back to a belt drive since I have all the parts and my N5C is a belt too..

My problem is that part 610-146 auto hub lock collar (original part that came with the heli) is about 1.5mm to small (ID) to fit over the top of 610-147 auto hub sleeve (brand new auto hub assembly) so I can't put it back together. It is a brand new part in a sealed package  ( 610-146)
Did something change?

What are the size differences so that I can research it a little more for you? I can tear down my E7 and measure mine when I get home tonight and report back.

Hi Steve. A change was made a long time ago from 12mm to 14mm auto hub components. This is the collar you are after:
