Cgy 750, Castle 160 and Hobbywing sensor

Who have test this setup and what is your opinion?

I have a lot of overspeed in sport flying with my Castle 160. This is why i want to test this setup.

I have this set up on my E7. I have not flown it yet.

The CGY750 manuel said:
(-10C to +45C),(14F to 113F).

But i fly with the CGY750 at colder temperature than that!!
