Happy Independence day to all of you too! I started mine off with 5 flights on the E7 and 2 on the N5c and I brought them both home in 1 piece. Well, 1 piece each... I didn't actually manage to crash them into each other so hard that I only had 1 piece to bring home. Anyway, I've had two big pork butts on the smoker since about 1am and later this afternoon I'm heading out to my folks house in the country for a big family celebration. The 4th of July has always been one of my favorite days of the year. There's just something about the feeling of community that makes it feel really special, to me.
