Missing part from E7SE Kit

I recently purchased a new Synergy E7SE kit at IRCHA this year and while assembling it, I noticed that I was missing a part from the tail control rod assembly.  The part number is 106-965 (Tail Push Rod Sleeve).  I am not sure who to contact because the website does not provide me with any contact information.  Any suggestions on what to do?

That is a part that can be easily overlooked when going through your kit.  It is CLEAR Teflon Sleeve.
Double check and see if you possibly overlooked it.
