Converted to TT and cannot get the CG even close. What did you do to your N5c to adjust for the shorter tail and extremely forward GC?
Really need some help here........
Thanks, Scott

Hi Scott,
What size battery are you running to power your avionics? The easiest thing to do if your running a large capacity Rx battery is to downsize the capacity. Even going from a 2S2P to a 2S1P will provide a significant weight saving.
Hope this helps and let us know how you go.
Cheers,
Ross

I am probably running the minimum size. The manual stated 1800 so that's what I bought. I can't see going much smaller, these are only good for 4 flights. I guess I could try some 1500's and see.
Thanks Ross.

I'm running 2600mAh which balances ever so slightly nose down with half a tank. 1800mAh would be about perfect but I can't perceive any CG-related issues in flight so I just run the larger pack.
What servos and flybarless unit are you running? Regulator?
I have JR 8917HV, fullsize Vbar and Perfect Regulators Safe Switch Duo Pro.

I'm running a similar setup to Daren and I haven't had an issue. Are you checking the cg when the tank is empty or at half a tank?

Checking CG at half a tank. I am running Futaba gear, servo's, flb unit I am using a CC Bec Pro instead of a regulator. I flew it today and it didn't seem to bother it any, piro's were flat and controllable.
