N5C Nitro here to stay?
« on: June 12, 2014, 05:15:01 PM »
Hi,

I finally get back into the hobby and start to upgrade my aging nitro Hirobo fleet.    Sold my Freya and got a X50F in February, only to find out this week it has been discontinued   :'(

Next on the list was upgrading my Sceadu EVO to another nitro flybarless.  The plan was another X50F, but.....

I loved the N5c,  saw a bunch at the Mid America FF in Detroit, but I am afraid that nitro will be replaced by electric by Synergy as well   :<>

Knowing the future is hard to predict, and like with computers technology moves on, but being a nitro-kind-of-dude, what is the consensus?   Will the N5c be supported for the next 5 years?

      tnx, Pete

No worries.  I have ZERO doubts Matt will be ceasing production of his nitro models anytime soon.

I think Mike meant NOT ceasing production ;D

Agree whole heartily.  Nitro aint going anywhere and especially at Synergy.

Cheers

Nitro is the blood that pumps through Matt's veins. I think Matt would build nitros before anotjer5 electric.

Wow .. I am impressed!  Such unity and support for us nitro dudes  :)

Decision is made - N5c it is.     Will be getting when funds are there ..for sure after IRCHA.

Thanks for all the help!   8)

Any chance the N5C will get an update to a direct to Swash servo layout?
