Yes, he is definitely both.  He's also a pretty good DJ, LOL.  Between his DJ'ing and Matt on the mic, the night flying was awesome.  He also built an E5SS while at the fun fly and holy crap he wrung that thing out!

Yes I know him and his talents. We flew together with CJ Chris Johns. We all use to live in Colorado all fly together. Fun times. Glad you had a good time. Wish I could have been there.

That's awesome.  I hung out with CJ, Josh, and Steve the whole weekend.  Maybe you can make it next year because it really is a great fun fly.  For a small-ish fun fly, the number of really really good pilots is just crazy.
