Esc motor combo

What are you guys running? Need a good combo.Kontronik not included.I know they're the best.I will run 18,19,2000 hs for big air and beginning 3d. Ikon fbl.Bks all around from a rx pack no bec.Pulse 6s 45c 5000mah packs.Are the 696s and 105s good for this? Or do I need the 716s and 115s

I run the Castle EDGE 160HV with the KDE-700XF 495 motor.  For blades, I use the Rail 716/106.  For packs, I use 6S 45C 4400mah and 4500mah.  I power using the BEC Pro off the first 6S pack set to 7.5v.

I have one setup with Castle 160, Scorpion 4530-500 (13T pinion), 716/106 blades, 1950/2050/2150 head-speed, and OptiPower 12S 5000 mAh 50C stick packs.  Second one is Castle 160, Scorpion 4525-520 (12T pinion), 696/106 blades, 1950/2050/2150 head-speed, and two OptiPower 6S 4300 mAh 50C packs.  I really like the lighter batteries 4300 - 4500 mAh, but with the 716s the 5000 mAh doesn't seem to fly much heavier...
