Anyone running an  XNOVA motor in their E7SE?

What size?  How does it compare to the Scorpion?

Thanks
Stuart

I am running one in mine. It's a 4530-500. I can't compare it to a scorpion but it runs very very cool.  I've been really happy with it.

Thanks Rodney,

What is your flying style?
What headspeed do you run with it?

I'm running the E-Era 4530-500, supposedly the same motor after running the 4525-520LE motor and it seems very nice. Comes down cooler than the scorpion. Flying style is sport big air. 1950-2100.

I've got the XTS 4535-520 in one. It's new, I only have maybe 15 flights on it so far thanks to the weather and having to work for a living. It's a beast on 12S, and on 14S it's just insane, never felt power like that in any of my helis. It's ridiculously overpowered and I love it. Flying 3d and fast big air, speed just kind of happens lol. Gov is very solid and temps are great. I've seen a couple spikes at 13kW in the logs. It's definitely got grunt.

Efficiency wise XNova is very good. I have been very happy with them. They come down amazingly cool and the power is comparable to Scorpion and KDE IMHO. About to buy my fourth XNova.
Cheers
