Front Tail Transmission Install

I am stretching my E5 and using the 4.5:1 tail ratio. In the manual it says that the frames are slotted for optional ratios and the transmission should be all the way AFT. I dont see the slots on my frames which allow the transmission to be pushed back. Any thoughts?

holes are slightly elongated. Check your gear mesh and adjust accordingly.

Only by 0.5mm to be exact. This allows for only two positions, all the way forward or all the way aft.
