Canopy Holes
« on: January 01, 2018, 04:56:04 PM »
I am almost to the point of installing the canopy on the 516 build.  Do the holes need to be stepped up to a larger size before butting the grommets in or are they good as is?

Respectfully,

Wayne...

+1. They go in almost too easily, which is why the manual recommends using CA to hold them in.

mine were a perfect fit also , but the edges were sharp and i went through all the spares in a couple of flights so i sanded the edged of the canopy so they didn't cut the grommets
