If you are changing frames, might as well use the N5c ones!  There was never a factory carbon option for the original N5.

Try Here, This guy use to make them and they were Sweet Looking!!  his name is  Harry or Harald  and his company name was "Heli4You"  I think it was a German Based Company. Been a While..  Good luck ;)  Might try the other Forums and see if anyone has a better answer for you..
