E7 with Shookum SK 540

Looking for advice on setting up my E7 with a Skookum SK 540 along with the following Futuba BLS255HV and BLS256HV High Voltage Servos.
My intent is to power direct using a 2 Cell lipo and curious if I need to utilize Skookum Soft Switch Power Bus. Or can I simply run them unregulated.
Thanks

Run them straight. The sk540 power bus can handle it. I did the same thing on my x7. And doing the same on my e5. Although thinking of trying out a MSH Brain on the e5.

Sorry I meant the internal bus can handle the servos. No external power bus is required.
