Create dedicated E5 sub-forum in HeliFreak

I asked Will James to create a separate HeliFreak E5 sub-forum.  This was his reply:

I have no problem with that but it is Matt Botos himself who told me how he wanted it setup.  Please clear it with him.

It has been said by mods before that slow moving forums (like Synergy,for now) are better kept grouped together.

I think since there is only E5/6/7 in electric line up with only a hand full of new threads per day things are fine as they are for now.
