first is using 2200 12S packs @ 2300rpm...

Rob Cherry - Synergy E5 2200mAh 12S @ 2300rpm

Second is using 2700 12S packs @ 2500rpm...

Very nice Rob.  So which setup do you prefer?  I lean towards lighter/lower headspeed on the E5s.
