I used to fly RC about 4 years ago.  I got out of it due to school and work.  But now I'm dying to get back in.  I'm really can't wait for the winter to start a new build.  I just can't decide between the E7 or N5C, they're just both sooooo nice.

If you are a hard core nitro guy you can't go wrong with the N5c, if you like electrics, like me, then E6/E7 is a very awesome heli. I know this does not help much but I don't know you well enough to be more specific.

I still have the gear required for nitro, but I'm really impressed with the power of electric.  More and more it seems to be the future of everything.  It's just a question of saving up and buying new support gear.  BTW, where in Canada are you from?  I'm in Montreal.

Seriously have to agree 110% here...

What is so great about the N5c is how light it is and how well it builds out of the box.   The weight savings that Matt came up with, plus adding a nice 55 size engine and you have a 50 size nitro that flies like a 90.  It really is an awesome machine.  Even better you do not have to buy a ton of upgrades to make it a "perfect" machine.

Soooo what do you do?   Buy both...lol.... I have wanted a 700 size electric for the longest.  You seriously can not go wrong with the E/7...

I built the N5c myself and I am in love with it. I've owned a few TRex helis and a Raptor and while I wouldn't diss those heli's, the Synergy is the beefiest smoothest thing I've built and flown.
