Smaller heli recommendations?
« on: July 06, 2013, 10:59:03 PM »
Curious of what others recommend or are flying  in the range between a 130x size bird and an E5.  I've grown irritated with my Protos 500 lately mainly due to the fact that I can't seem to get the belt tension right and so I'm looking for something different.  I need something for when the E5 is big for the space I'm flying.

I have a MiniTitan. Very light machine and pretty durable. I am running an ikon on it and of course RailBlades. I bought the ARF but didn't like the GT5 FBL unit. Sold it and replaced with an ikon now.
I have dinged it a couple of time and damage has been minimal. I did replace the plastic geared ACE Rc servos with some metal geared Futabas.

Cheers
Alan

I have a Forza coming in pretty soon. Came VERY close to getting the mini Titan, and if the Forza isn't my cup of tea I will get a MT.
