Alanzo,

Do you have any excess cement around the Bell housing? Also did you do the trick in Regards to Wraping the cluch shoe with some Black Electrical Tape?  I had on my first one I did the same exact thing happen, I had a bit of excess glue around the inside on the edges. Another thing to consider is when you use some of these Epoxies once they begin to dry they begin to expand just a bit. See where I'm going?  Take it apart and Sand the inside of the Clutch liner just a little bit at a time till you get the right clearence your looking for. I have also seen guys just hold the head firm while its running and kinda burn it in so to speak! Me I don;t do that for the extra strain on the drive train, That's just my opinion!! One last trick I use now is to go to HOME DEPOT and buy a section of PVC Pipe, Just a touch bigger than the INSIDE DIAMETER of the clutch bell. Cut a slit down the length of that PVC. (By the way you only need a 1-2 inch section." This will alow you to squeez it just enough to put it in the clutch bell and let go. It will spring back and hold the new clutch liner firm against the bell housing. Wrap 1 time around the PVC with Black Electrical tape before you do this and make sure all the Excess wet glue is removed!!! try these and let us know.

Alonzo,

Also make sure you are aligned! I know you said you did it, but you also don't want to shove the motor to far up causing the clutch to sit to far up in the clutch bell.  Page A14 of the N5C manual. I know you have an N5 but this is a good reference,,, Let us know.. ;D
