Main Battery pack Connectors

What main batt connectors are you using? I'm currently using the New Castle Creation connectors. Are the EC? Used the most out there?  Just looking at maybe changing and need some options that work the best. Thanks.

I am using EC5 connectors on everything except with receiver packs I'm using Deans. I would have to believe the EC5's and PRC6's are probably the most common.

How do you like the Castle connectors? I've been looking at those a lot as I like them from what I've read but haven't seen them in person yet.

Thanks Brandon for your reply. The Castle connectors are good but are on the large size.  It did take me a time to get use to but after you size them so they connect smoothly they are great.  They do take up room under the canopy but Im sure they will take any amperage that can be thrown at them.

I use Anderson Power Poles.  I'm a crimper! :)  Been using them in 12s setups for 2-3 years zero probs and no soldering!

Anderson Power Poles are another I've been looking at because if not having to solder as I hate doing it with bigger wires.

PRC 6's all the brother! 8)
As I discussed with Gary.  I tried the Castles briefly.  I did not like them.  Very bulky and pretty hard to connect and disconnect.  Gary did get his where they went together easily but it took some work.. Right Gary :D

Cheers

Probably going against the grain but i'm used to that.
I use the Jeti anti spark connectors.
http://www.espritmodel.com/jeti-afc-anti-spark-connectors-5-5mm-150a.aspx

I put the anti-spark end on the neg of the ESC. Then male on the neg battery lead and female on the pos battery lead. With a rubber heat shrink "Cap" on the Neg/male lead of the battery to keep it from shorting. Very easy to make a series connection and less wire flopping around.

Yes Alan it did take some time but once the Castle Rep showed me how to size/fit they went together perfect. It's just they take up a lot of room. It might be an over kill but they are working just fine. I'm going to switch from deans on my other helis, that's why I'm asking the types. I was leaning to EC5's but there are some good looking connectors out there. I like the one site on EBay that was sent, never thought of trying that place. Thanks again for your reply and if you have any other cool sites that carry good deals on Heli stuff feel free to add it in.
